At Anaya Luxe Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In its original condition
With all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Free from perfume, makeup, stains, damage, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Anaya Luxe Studio is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item when contacting us.

Size & Fit

Customers are encouraged to review the size information provided on the product page before ordering.

Items returned because of size or fit must still meet all return eligibility requirements. Return shipping costs for size-related returns are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items without their original tags
Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us regarding return eligibility. Availability of replacement sizes or styles cannot be guaranteed.
